These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Lithium or RAFT Labs Inc. and its affiliates (“Lithium,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including access through our website, applications, and other online platforms (collectively, the “Lithium Services”). By using the Lithium Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. USING LITHIUM SERVICES

Lithium provides a digital platform that helps users discover personalized credit card options using a combination of lifestyle-based quiz answers and spending insights derived via secure integration with third-party services such as Plaid. The Lithium Services are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

You must use the services in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.

2. ELIGIBILITY

To use the Lithium Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement

  • Use the Services only for personal and lawful purposes

By using our Services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.

If you believe your account has been compromised, please notify us immediately at support@lithiumcredit.com.

4. FINANCIAL DATA AND QUIZ PLATFORM

By connecting your financial accounts through Plaid, you authorize us to securely access your transaction data. We do not store raw transaction data. Instead, we extract and retain non-identifiable insights, such as spending categories and behavior patterns.

Combined with your quiz responses, these insights are used to recommend credit card options tailored to your preferences.

Use of Plaid is subject to Plaid’s End User Privacy Policy.

5. PRIVACY

Our use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the Lithium Services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purpose

  • Attempt to access accounts or data you do not own or have permission to access

  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the operation of the Lithium Services

  • Impersonate another individual or provide false information

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your access.

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Lithium integrates with third-party services (e.g., Plaid, analytics platforms). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or actions of these providers. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, branding, software, and technology associated with Lithium Services are the exclusive property of Lithium Credit Inc. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any portion of the Lithium Services without prior written consent.

9. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Lithium Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to the integrity or security of the platform.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@lithiumcredit.com.

10. DISCLAIMERS

The Lithium Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee that recommended credit cards will be available to you, nor do we guarantee approval by any card issuer.

We do not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. You should consult a professional for personalized guidance.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lithium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or connected to your use of the Lithium Services.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms periodically. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the website or by email. Your continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Delaware.
